Christian Daimer

Christian Daimer is acting as Advisor to Stoneriver and has over 20 years experience in banking, covering international mid size M&A-, Private Equity-, Structured Finance-, Derivatives- and Private Banking transactions for Merrill Lynch, UBS and was lately CEO of a specialist Swiss Private Bank in Austria and Central Europe.
Due to his extensive international background, Christian offers Stoneriver's clients a deep understanding of the industry and a network of specialists and decision makers, as well as a vast and independent “sounding board” for challenging situations.

Andreas Schwab

Andreas Schwab, Compliance Officer, associated to Stoneriver Advisors via GSUB GesmbH, responsible for due diligence and execution monitoring.
Andreas has over 15 years banking experience and is a specialist with regards to all regulatory and compliance topics. Compliance is becoming a more and more sophisticated topic in todays complex business environment.
